Custom color chalkboard paint. 1 cup latex or acrylic paint (any color) 2 TBS of unsanded grout Mix a little at a time until there are no lumps. Paint with a foam brush or a roller on a painted or primed surface until even. Let dry, season by rubbing the side of a chalk stick lightly over the painted area, wipe off with a barely damp cloth. Now use as a chalk board.
